Create a free online account so you can manage your credit freeze. If you have an existing account go straight to sign in to your account.
Once you login you will see the Credit Freeze Icon. Then click on the link that says "View your freeze status" If it is frozen you will see the "Remove" button. Click that button to remove your freeze.
If it says you have an existing account try to login. If you have forgotten you user name and/or password click on the link that says "Forgot Login Information" to recover your user name and password.
If you need further assistance in creating or logging in to your online account you may call (833) 806-1627 and press 1 to speak with an agent. Then login to lift or remove your freeze.

When the auto attendant askes why you are calling say "Dispute" then you will be transferred to a live agent. When the agent answers tell them you want to lift or remove your credit freeze and you do not have your PIN but are willing to answer security questions. Once you successfully answer the security questions your freeze will be lifted or removed.

Mail Option (Estimated time to lift or remove 7-10 days)
If you are required to mail in your request with proof of identity you will find the proper forms to lift or remove your credit freeze along with the address to mail it to inside your program folder. The required proof of identity documents is also listed on the form.
